Hi and welcome to our website for Bella Nude Hair Extensions.
Below we have set out our terms and conditions for the sale of our product to you. As a valued customer we hope to provide you with the confidence in our product and our business standards to keep you coming back to us. Should you shop with us you will be legally bound by our terms and conditions, please make sure you are familiar with them before you place your order with us.
The term “Bella Nude Hair Extensions” or “us” or “We” refers to the owners of the website. The term “You” refers to the viewers of our website.
We pride ourselves in the fact that our website is offering high grade hair to the hair extension industry, however we do not endorse unqualified people fitting hair extensions. Please only have the hair fitted by a professional with industry experience and accreditation. We will not guarantee the hair if it is proven that you have not had it professionally fitted. We also can’t guarantee the hair if the correct aftercare procedures haven’t been followed. Please familiarise yourself with Bella Nudes aftercare advice and make sure you agree with this before you proceed to purchase our product. Only Bella Nudes aftercare should be used with our hair.

BELLA NUDE TRADE ACCOUNTS
Bella Nude operates a trade account facility for all your trade requirements, and on proof of your qualification and insurance documents for the industry you will qualify for 20% off our screen prices. You will only qualify for this discount on purchases through the website and not in person at the salon.
Fraudulent use of trade accounts will invalidate warranty claims. If the billing name on an order does not match the account holder name this will also invalidate warranty and no refunds will be given. Fraudulent use of Trade accounts (sharing details and access to your account) may result in the account being revoked.
All right are reserved by us to revoke any trade account at any time if we feel it is being misused or abused in anyway by the owner of the account. We reserve the right to refuse contact with any abusive customers to any of our staff in any form, either by email or telephone conversation. All qualifications will be checked before the trade account is processed and authorised.
ALLERGIES
Although our hair is of the highest quality it has been through some chemical processing at some point in its life. For example, just like your hair it may have been dyed with a hair dye. As a precaution you should insure you have a patch test as you would normally if your hairdresser was colouring your own hair. At some point whilst washing the hair you may see some colour escaping into the water. This is perfectly normal, and you should accept this as a normal procedure. We don’t accept any responsibility however if this causes any allergic reactions if you have not had a patch test before fitting of the hair. Your salon of choice is responsible for conducting your patch test and you are responsible for conveying any allergic reactions to them should they occur. We Will not be responsible for any refunds if this procedure does not take place and you do not convey any reactions to the salon.
LIFESPAN OF OUR HAIR
Bella Nude hair is guaranteed for 3 months and has a life span of between 6-12 months, this of course depends on the competence of the fitting and the aftercare procedure followed. If the hair has been damaged by over processing and overheating, this will be obvious to us on inspection and will be investigated by us to determine whether the hair is faulty, or it has been mistreated. Once a quality issue has been brought to our attention, you will have 14 days in which to return the hair to us for inspection. Anything outside this time will be deemed as null and void and the claim will be closed. Any fault claim outside of 3 months will be rejected by us as outside the guarantee period.
We as a company reserve the right to reject a fault claim however we also may use our discretion and goodwill to issue a credit note instead of a refund.
PAYMENT OF GOODS
Trade accounts must be paid with the owner of the accounts card or payment facilities, We will not be held responsible for any payment refunds that do not come back to the trade account owners account. Should payment fail in any way we will expect the account owner to pay the account balance within 7 working days of the payment failure notification. If this hasn’t been complied with then we reserve the right to refer the matter to a collection’s agency.
KLARNA
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Klarna On-site messaging uses cookies to optimise the user experience and to analyse the purchase funnel. With the help of cookies we are able to show the most relevant messaging to our users. To understand how our service performs, such as its impact on conversion or average order value, we need to leverage cookies.
MAILOUTS & DELIVERIES
Cut off for deliveries is 3pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) Any orders received after 3.00pm will be dispatched the next working day. (We do not ship on a Saturday) Next day delivery needs to be processed before 3.00pm except for Thursdays where you must select Saturday delivery from the list.
Any orders cannot be changed once they have been approved, to change an order that has not already been shipped must be cancelled and a new one placed. Orders that have been shipped already cannot be changed.

LATE DELIVERIES
Whilst we endeavour to get your delivery to you in a timely manner, sometimes it may be out of our control. We do not offer compensation for late deliveries. We can provide you with a tracking number for your goods.
Bank holidays, Easter and Christmas will of course impact on delivery times and schedules, please bare this in mind when ordering. We are happy to receive walk in customers to the salon, if you choose to do that, please check our times of opening prior to setting off on your journey. All walk in collections must be ordered on the website to qualify for trade discounts.
Any orders that have been lost in transit must be reported to the carrier firstly. All lost goods will have too be claimed back through the carrier.
RETURNS
When you receive your goods from us, please check carefully that you have received what you ordered with the delivery note enclosed. If the goods do not match what you ordered, then please let us know via info@bellanudehair.com within 24 hrs of receipt. We will get back to you asap and let you know what to do from there. If the fault is ours, we will cover the cost of postage, if the fault is yours then you will be expected to return the goods to us in the same condition and packaging that you received the goods from us in. You will also be expected to post them back to us with tracking. When we have received the goods back to us and are satisfied, they are correct then we will process your refund. Please make sure the goods are clearly marked with the original order number and your company name so that we can check them back into stock and process your refund. Any deviation from these terms will delay any refund you may be due. You will have 14 days in which to return these items to us, any longer than this will cause delay in us refunding your payments.
